Hey, I'm blawy.
Developer, Linux enthusiast and builder of things. Interested in software, terminal interfaces and understanding how everything works under the hood.
Learning by building.
I'm a developer who enjoys experimenting with software, exploring Linux and turning ideas into working projects. I like understanding how things work rather than simply relying on tools without knowing what's happening behind them.
A lot of my time goes into coding, tweaking my Linux setup, exploring new technologies and finding better ways to build things. I'm still learning, and that's a big part of why I enjoy development.
What I'm into.
Linux
System configuration, terminal workflows, customisation and understanding the operating system.
Development
Python, software architecture, command-line applications and building useful tools.
Interfaces
Minimal design, terminal-inspired interfaces and software that feels good to use.
Learning
Exploring new technologies, solving problems and improving through practical projects.
Things I've been building.
Ghost.
A Linux companion CLI designed to make system management, diagnostics and development easier. It also includes a structured Python learning experience with exercises, projects and optional progression.
VIEW SOURCE CODE ↗CachyControl.
A desktop control centre concept for CachyOS. Built with Python and PySide6, focused on system controls, development tools and a customisable interface.
Tools I work with.
My current toolkit is centred around Linux and Python, with web technologies for building and presenting projects.
Python · Java · HTML · CSS · JavaScript
PySide6 · Typer · Rich · Astro
CachyOS · Linux · KDE Plasma · Fish
Git · GitHub · IntelliJ IDEA · Kate
Still figuring things out.
I'm focused on improving my programming skills, expanding Ghost and experimenting with new ideas. I don't want to just collect technologies — I want to understand them and make things with them.
More projects. More learning. Better software.
